All Stake holders are requested to use new version w.e.f. 24th July, 2011 (6.00 AM) as the current version of this form will be discontinued.  *MCA launches "User Complaints & Grievances". Users are requested to use this in lieu of MCA21 Helpdesk to log any Complaint/Query/Suggestion.  *Ministry has come out with an Exposure Draft on XBRL taxonomy for Commercial and Industrial (C&I) entities for filing their Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account. Please click here for the taxonomy.  *It has been observed that since DIN was made online, some professionals are certifying DIN form and attachments without exercising due diligence. Actions is being initiated against such professionals. Applicants are requested to ensure that all due procedures are followed at the time of making DIN application.

    MCA adds another payment gateway through Union Bank of India for Credit Card and Internet Banking payments w.e.f. 20th May, 2012. For credit card payments, Union Bank of India shall be charging the transaction charge of 1.6% (plus applicable Government Charges) over and above the MCA statutory payment.

Stopping of filing of LLP forms for integration to MCA21 system

    The Ministry is in process of integrating LLP system into MCA21 in the month of June 2012. After the integration, LLPs will be filing forms at MCA21 website (www.mca.gov.in/MCA21).

    As a first step towards integration and migration to new system, Form-1 and Form-24 will not be available for filing w.e.f. 21-05-2012 on LLP portal i.e. www.llp.gov.in. Other LLP forms will not be available for filing for a period of approximately 10 days w.e.f. 31-05-2012 during transition to new e-governance set up. Inconvenience is highly regretted.

    Stakeholders are advised to plan filings of forms accordingly.

Stopping of Form 23AC and Form 23AC- XBRL for financial year starting on or after 01.04.2011

Please note that existing Form 23AC, Form 23ACA, Form 23AC-XBRL and Form 23ACA-XBRL can not be filed by those companies whose financial year is starting on or after 1.4.2011 as Revised Schedule VI is applicable for such period. New e-forms are undergoing revision to align with the Revised Schedule VI and new forms would be updated shortly.


Stopping of Form I- Cost Audit Report and Form A- Compliance Report

It has been decided by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs to mandate the cost auditors and the companies to file Cost Audit Reports (Form-I) and Compliance Reports (Form-A) for the year 2011-12 onwards (including the overdue reports relating to any previous year) in XBRL mode.
Therefore, filing of existing Form I- Cost Audit Report and Form A- Compliance Report shall not be allowed till 30.06.2012 by which time the new XBRL mode of filing will be ready and enabled.
